Chakras are the energy centers in your body. Imagine seven colored balls of light running from the base of your spine up to the top of your head. They’re like invisible balls of light within you, each one about the size of your fist.
Crown Chakra — is located at the very top of the head
Third Eye Chakra — is located in the forehead between the eyes.
Throat Chakra — is located in the throat
Heart Chakra — is located in the center of the chest, just above the heart
Solar Plexus Chakra — is located in the upper abdomen in the stomach area.
Sacral Chakra — is located in the lower abdomen, about two inches below the naval and two inches inward.
Root Chakra — is located in the base of the spine.
Each one of your chakras generates the energy and essence of certain aspect of your life.
