Laughter is an innate & natural way of achieving connection, clarity, health, harmony & lightness by rebalancing the chemistry of tension, stress & pain, and having fun doing it.  Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh.  Incorporate humor and laughter into the fabric of your life, finding it naturally in everything you do.  Smile….Count your Blessings….Spend Time with Fun Positive People….Bring Humor into your Conversations….and Don’t Forget to Laugh at Yourself!!!

ORANGES
Did you know that Oranges are one of the most favorite fruits in the world?  They are loaded with Vitamin C, Vitamin B and Calcium.  Vitamin C helps protect our body against the common cold and proper functioning of a healthy immune system.  Vitamin B helps support the production of hemoglobin that carries oxygen to all parts of the body.  Calcium found in Oranges protects and maintains the health of our bones and teeth.  Oranges are also rich in other important nutrients, vitamins and minerals and make a healthy, nutritious and convenient snack!

DECLUTTERING
Did you know the simple act of clearing clutter can transform your life!  Decluttering allows you to release negative emotions, generate new energy, and create space in your life for the things that are most important to your heart and soul.  Take 10-15 minutes and just go through a room, getting rid of stuff you do not use or need anymore.  Once you have successfully decluttered your home, you’ll be amazed at how satisfying and amazing it feels.  Although, the act of Decluttering may seem like a chore, it can make you more productive.  So every time you bring home something new, get rid of something. This keeps the balance of clutter in check.

Did you know that melatonin helps control your sleep and wake cycles.  Because Cherries deliver melatonin, eat them before bed to improve sleep patterns. They also contain other important nutrients such as beta carotene, vitamin C, potassium, magnesium, iron, fiber and folate.

Yoga Postures/Asanas create physical strength and Relaxation and Meditation increase mental and emotional stability.  It is essential to have a balanced combination of asana practice and mental centering.  This continuous experience will transform us, creating a sense of well-being and peace from within!
